Elm Class had an excellent morning participating in a STEM workshop delivered by Lab Rascals and The Humber Gateway Wind Farm. They had to use their teamwork, design and problem solving skills to construct a Lego wind turbine. In their teams, they then had to use a fan to turn the blades of the wind turbine to generate electricity. The children had to record how many joules of energy were produced.
